When the sun sets, Chef Marcus Moehler returns for an evening edition of the Art of the Cut, offering the same premium steak‑cutting instruction with a more relaxed, dinner‑time atmosphere. Guests still receive their choice of New York Strip or Ribeye, two Barrel‑Aged Old Fashioneds, and the satisfaction of tasting the steak they expertly prepared themselves.
